F | 要全面加强新闻策划和宣传推广，线上线下齐发力，用好融媒体传播矩阵，深化沈抚两地互动，形成“引流”“出圈”综合效应。各级党委、政府要加强组织领导，建立健全冰雪经济工作推进落实机制，及时研究解决重点难点问题，形成强大合力。
